Tennessee Hills is proud to be one of twelve distilleries chosen to create the Tennessee Collective—a one-time collaboration honoring the craft, heritage, and future of Tennessee whiskey. It’s a rare moment when rival labels share a barrel house and a belief: the state is stronger when we build together.

“We joined because this shines a spotlight on Tennessee whiskey and the people who make it–East to West,” says founder Stephen Callahan.

What we put in the barrel

We selected the Tennessee Hills Green Label, our flagship bourbon. It’s the whiskey that’s kept us honest for years: smoky oak, tobacco, and leather, with subtle hints of cherry and honey on the finish. It represents both who we are now and the road ahead.

What to expect from the Tennessee Collective blend

Each pour carries immense character: notes of apple, dark fruit, caramel, and toasted sugar with a finish that lingers bittersweet and bold. It's a true representation of Tennessee. No borrowed history. No shortcuts. Just solid craft in a historic bottle.

Why this matters (and why now)

Twelve distilleries, one blend. Statewide unity without sameness. It's a bottle that proves Tennessee craftsmanship goes beyond any single entity. And for us, it’s also about place. Putting East Tennessee on the map, and our community in the story.
