Apple Brandy · Small Batch
Every apple came off Jeter Mountain.
A collaboration with Jeter Mountain Farms. Distilled slow on copper and aged 4 years in oak on The Hill.
The Orchard
One farm, 100% of the fruit
Jeter Mountain Farms grows every apple that goes into this bottle. Picked at peak season, pressed fresh, fermented dry. That's the whole ingredient list, and it's why the fruit still shows up 4 years later.
The Make
Copper, oak, and 4 Tennessee summers
We run the cider slow through copper, fill oak barrels, and leave them alone. Four years of East Tennessee heat pushes the spirit deep into the wood and pulls it back out with caramel, vanilla, and spice riding along. It comes off at 90 proof.
The Pour
What's in the glass
Baked apple and honey up front. Caramel and vanilla through the middle. A warm oak-spice finish that lingers. Drink it neat after supper, over a big rock, or in an Old Fashioned when the weather turns.
The Collaboration
Two families, one bottle
Jeter Mountain grew it. We distilled it. Both names are on the handshake, and both are proud of what came out of the barrel. It's poured on The Hill and stocked in select regional shops. Tennessee law keeps it off the mail truck, so come see us.
