Bristol Session · West Coast Pilsner
Clean, crisp, built to enjoy while the music plays.
A pilsner with a West Coast hop bill. The official beer of Bristol Sessions nights.
The Build
Pilsner malt, West Coast hops
Pilsner malt keeps the base pale, crackery, and clean. Then Pahto, Citra, Anchovy, and Krush come in for bright citrus and a little pine. It drinks like a pilsner and smells like a pale ale, which is the whole point.
The Night
The official beer of Bristol Sessions
Bristol gave country music its first recordings. Bristol Sessions nights on The Hill keep that going, and this is the beer in everybody's hand when the band kicks off. Brewed for the town and the stage.
The Pour
One for the first set, one for the encore
At 4.6% and 32 IBUs it stays crisp and dry from the first pint to the last. Citrus up front, a cracker-malt middle, and a finish that gets out of the way of the music.
