It starts as our Green Label, then takes a turn most distilleries won't bother with: an extra six and a half months resting in a Madeira wine cask. The bourbon underneath stays honest. The cask just gives it somewhere new to go.
The Proof
Proofed down with intention
At 80 proof, we pulled it back on purpose to let the cask speak. Smoky oak anchors the pour, then ripe stone fruit, toasted hazelnut, and a quiet wine-driven sweetness that lingers without ever taking over.
