Marker 2 · Mexican Lager
Light. Crisp. Built for the water.
A Mexican-style lager brewed with corn for a subtle sweetness and a clean, dry finish.
The Build
Corn in the mash, on purpose
Flaked corn goes in with the pilsner malt, the way the Mexican classics are brewed. It lightens the body, adds a whisper of sweetness, and keeps the beer pale and bright. Hops stay in the background so nothing gets in the way of the next sip.
The Pour
Clean and dry, lime optional
Mild malt up front, a touch of corn sweetness, and a finish that snaps off clean. At 5.0% and 10 IBUs it's the beer for a hot dock, a long afternoon, and a cooler that keeps getting refilled.
The Name
Every boat on the lake knows it
Marker 2 is the channel marker you look for on the way back in. Spot it and you're almost home. Same idea in the glass.
