Why Tennessee Hills

Five categories. One building.

A lot of new brands end up juggling a formulator, a packaging broker, an outside lab, and a co-packer that only runs one category. Every handoff costs weeks. We put the whole chain inside one plant in Bristol, run by people who've built 100+ breweries and distilleries.

Questions

First-call questions.

What brand owners ask us in the first 10 minutes. If yours isn't here, ask.

Ask Us Directly
What's your minimum run?

Our tanks are built for 2,000-gallon batches, and that's where the economics work best. We run smaller batches case by case. 300-gallon batches are common, especially for 50ml mini runs.

What can you produce?

Distilled spirits, cream liqueurs, RTD cocktails, beer and hard seltzer, non-alcoholic, energy, and functional drinks, hemp/THC beverages, and wine. We hold the licenses for all of it under one roof.

Can you help with formulation?

Yes. We connect you with vetted 3rd-party formulators and flavorists, then scale the recipe on our equipment. A production-ready formula spells out 3 things: ingredients and the order they go in, processing specs (temperatures, agitation, carbonation, pasteurization), and testing thresholds. We'll help you nail down all 3.

Who supplies the packaging?

Depends on the format. On cans, we supply the cans, 202 lids, pallets, wrap, and unprinted trays; you bring shrink sleeves and printed cartons. On glass, we source bottles and standard materials; you bring custom labels, capsules, and corks. We'll help you source anything you're missing.

How long until my product ships?

It depends on where you're starting. Packaging lead times alone run 1 to 3 months, so the earlier we're involved, the faster you move. Once you're onboarded, formulation, packaging, and compliance can run in parallel.

Do you produce hemp/THC beverages?

Yes. We're licensed for THC-infused beverage production and test cannabinoid potency in-house. The rules vary by state and keep changing, so we'll talk through where you plan to sell before anything gets made.

What should I line up before production?

Distribution. Define your distributors and sign contracts before your first run. Product without a locked channel turns into inventory sitting on a pallet.

What does it cost?

Pricing is à la carte and built around your formula, package, and volume. You'll get a detailed pricing schedule and our co-packer agreement during onboarding. Send the form with rough numbers and we'll talk real figures from there.

Can I visit?

Please do. We'd rather you see it running. We also recommend being on-site for your first production run to sign off on formulation, packaging, test results, and date coding.
